Ingredients
- 3 EasyQs cucumbers
- Small container of hummus
- Small container of crab salad
- Parsley
- Beetroot leaves
- Salt
- Pepper
Elaboration
- Peel the cucumber and cut into 1.5-cm slices. Cut out equal rounds using a small dough mould. Scoop out a little cucumber to make a cup. Season with pepper and salt.
- Fill up half of the cucumber cups with crab salad and garnish these with beetroot leaf. Fill up the other half with the vegetarian version: hummus, and garnish with parsley. If desired, add a little more salt to taste.
